1.2. These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the store, placing orders, delivery, payments, returns, complaints, and promotional features.

2. Products Offered

2.1. The store sells:

  • Digital products – such as PDF files (e.g. e-books, guides),

  • Physical products – including books, t-shirts, mugs.

2.2. Digital products are delivered electronically to the customer’s e-mail address immediately after payment.

2.3. Physical products are made to order via our third-party production partner Printify and shipped from their fulfillment centers.
The processing time is 5 to 14 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

3. Orders

3.1. Orders can be placed through the store website 24/7.

3.2. To complete an order, the customer must fill out the order form and make the payment.

4. Payments

4.1. Payments are processed via external providers such as Stripe or PayPal.

4.2. All prices are shown in EURO and include all applicable taxes.

5. Delivery

5.1. Digital products are automatically sent to the customer’s e-mail address provided during the order.

5.2. Physical products are shipped by Printify. Delivery times depend on the destination country and stock availability.

5.3. The store is not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers or postal services.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

6.1. Digital Products
6.1.1. The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products (such as PDF files or e-books) that are delivered immediately after purchase, with the customer’s prior consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right to withdraw.
6.1.2. By completing the purchase of a digital product, the customer agrees that the file will be delivered right away and confirms that they waive the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

6.2. Physical Products (Custom Products - On-demand)
6.2.1. On-demand products (e.g. t-shirts, mugs) are generally non-returnable, except in cases where the product is defective or not as ordered (e.g. wrong print, damage).
6.2.2. If a customer receives a defective product, they are entitled to a replacement or refund.
6.2.3. Any complaints about defective products must be made within 14 business days after receiving the order.
6.2.4. The cost of returning defective products will be covered by the store, and a replacement or refund will be issued once the returned item is received.

7. Complaints

7.1. If the product is defective or does not match the order, the customer may file a complaint.

7.2. Complaints about defective or incorrect products should be submitted via e-mail and must include a description of the problem and any relevant documentation (e.g. photos).

7.3. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 business days of receipt.

7.4. If the complaint concerns a product manufactured by Printify, the store will forward the complaint to Printify for resolution, as the manufacturing and fulfillment of the products is handled by Printify.

8.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and our [Privacy Policy].

9. Final Provisions

11.1. The store may offer users the option to create an account.

11.2. Account registration is voluntary and allows features such as viewing order history and faster checkout.
