Shipping

  1. Digital Products (PDFs):

    • Digital products, such as e-books, guides, and other PDF files, are delivered immediately after the purchase.

    • Once the transaction is completed, you will receive an email with a download link to the file, which will be available for download directly to your device.

    • Digital products are non-refundable because once the file is downloaded, it cannot be retrieved. Please make sure the product meets your expectations before purchasing.

  2. Physical Products (Printify-made products):

    • Physical products, such as t-shirts, mugs, bags, and other accessories, are made on demand by Printify.

    • The processing time for orders is between 5 to 14 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the warehouse location and product availability.

    • Once produced, your order will be shipped via a courier or postal service, and the delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and location.

    Estimated delivery time (depending on location):

    • Poland: 3–5 business days

    • European Union: 5–10 business days

    • Other countries: 10–20 business days

  3. Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs for physical products depend on the weight of the items and the delivery location. The shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

  4. Tracking Your Order:

    • After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your email address. This will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment.

  5. Shipping Delays:

    • While we strive to ensure timely shipments, there may be delays due to courier issues or production problems. If there are any delays with your order, we will notify you and provide an updated delivery estimate.

Returns

  1. Digital Products (PDFs):

    • Digital products (e-books, guides, and other PDFs) are non-refundable because once purchased and downloaded, they cannot be returned.

    • Please ensure the product meets your expectations before purchasing. If you have any questions about the product content, please contact us before making a purchase.

  2. Physical Products (Printify-made products):

    • Physical products, such as t-shirts, mugs, bags, and other accessories, are made on demand, so we do not accept returns due to change of mind.

    • Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 business days from receiving the order. To report a return, please send a photo of the defective product and your order number to our email address: [shop@emiliopiano.com].

  3. Complaints and Exchanges:

    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer an exchange for the correct product or a full refund.

    • Return shipping costs will be covered by us in the case of defective products. After returning the item, we will either exchange it for the correct one or issue a refund.

  4. How to Make a Claim:

    • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect product. We will handle your case as quickly as possible.

Changing the Shipping Address or Order Cancellation

  • Changing the Shipping Address: If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will attempt to update the shipping address.

  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production has started with Printify, we cannot cancel the order.
